For the life of her, Susan Dryden can't think of anything she doesn't like about her career. As a Graduate Gemologist, she searches the world over locating and placing some of the world's rarest natural fancy colored diamonds.
Susan has been committed to the Diamond Industry for over 20 years. Attending the Gemological Institute of America in 1987 and obtaining her GG, in residence of May 1988. Working as a instructor at GIA, Santa Monica, from 1993-1994 in the Gem Identification area. Susan started her career in Burlingame, Ca., working for a high-end retailer. She contributes most of her learning experience to Ike Freidman and Warren Buffet from Borsheims in Omaha, NE. were she got lots of retail experience. Susan spent 8 years in Management at De' Nicole Lake of the Ozarks, Mo., before founding Diamond Exchange Services, LLC, in December of 2001, a service based business with a private clientele, whose motto is "Serving the public trust, One client at a time."
In 2004, Diamond Exchange Services, LLC purchased colored-diamonds.com.
